phf: wouldn't this sort of statements of philosophical position (i don't know a better term) still be effective among the aristoi? there's that idea that u.s. constitution was written for the privileged classes, and that you had to a) be able to write b) own a pen c) own a piece of paper to participate in voting process. or would gpl still be a bad idea if was restricted to in-wot?

davout: well i did get that and read it, but i don't have any particular assets or connections other than my wot and history that put me in a particularly better position than others to do the job

phf: l1 or l2 runs trb, where behavior can be improved. better sync mechanisms, bandwidth/cpu conservative network activity, etc. anyone in the wot can also be punished for abuse, i.e. if asciilifeform starts sending me gigs of bogus transactions, and it's not a test and he can't be reasoned with, etc.
