phuctor, would happily soak up a few $mil and megawatt of iron)
mp_en_viaje: asciilifeform, well no,
phuctor-likes are claw work, very different thing.

phuctor's www chunks, but still )

mp_en_viaje: maxim_mivo, all sorta thing, there's a mmorpg game server, there's a bunch of complciated math machines (ever heard of
phuctor ?), there's blogs, irc loggers,
mp_en_viaje: anyway, see what diana_coman thinks also. what's your idea re
phuctor iron ?
snsabot: Logged on 2019-09-03 20:34:57 asciilifeform: i actually did very similar thing in
phuctor ( the 'werker', c proggy that uses multiple cpu ) as of '16 does not need to know about pg, it talks to the frontend via ordinary

phuctor, it's not exactly advertised much. (then again, cue mp's "they don't have a right/privilege not to be aware"..)

phuctor, admittedly.
a111: Logged on 2018-07-13 18:52 asciilifeform: funnily related story, back when asciilifeform was a uni student, cellpnojeism was beginning to spread among plebelands, and asciilifeform noticed that folx were paying telco fiddycents/minute to talk over 1-2km ! so asciilifeform went, like naive idjit, to engineering profs, with 'p2p telephony' proposal thing, reaction was the exact sort of through-the-teeth laughter of today's bernstein re
phuctor .

mp_en_viaje: the mechanical similarity to the
phuctor example should be illustrative enough. it's one thing for the "sceptical" tard to say whatever bla-bla re the former case ; but the two presented together are particularly strong, because absolutely the only commonality is their unpalatability to the femstate.

phuctor ( and in particular, some of the 'heavier' / unusual pheatures, like search ) i baked specifically around postgres.
mircea_popescu: which is exactly the point : they're cutting their own trees because they're their own. if you were cutting it, conceivably it'd be with
phuctor python, that being yours, and so o.
mircea_popescu: actually, do you recall those "business" imbeciles discussing "the superior alternative to
phuctor" and "what to do in case of divorce" roth-blabla in the same breath ?
mircea_popescu: tbh this thing is moving along quite prettily ; once we've had eulora and
phuctor run on it for a few months we'll know whether it's stable or not and if not what to fix.
mircea_popescu: seems like the "i run it all day" glove could benefit from the sort of heavy duty brush
phuctor can provide.
mircea_popescu: yes but neveremind the generalities. specifically
phuctor, it's from what i understand just python ?
mircea_popescu: speaking of which, hey asciilifeform do we have any plans to move
phuctor to cuntoo ?
