Framedragger: asciilifeform: btw lynx is able to load the large
phuctor pages all proper and stuff :) not that this is unexpected, but still nice to know that the server-side stuff is *just fine* for sane clients.
a111: Logged on 2016-06-16 15:24 asciilifeform: understand, if i were to switch
phuctor to storing IN this format, NO key it spits out will ever be eatable by gpg.
a111: Logged on 2016-06-16 15:41 asciilifeform: this incidentally is why
phuctor had been a depressing thing for me. the thing i set out to find, i never found (evidence of diddled rng on pgp users' boxes.)
jurov: Framedragger: if you already openpgp'd the keys, feeding them to
phuctor via
http is trivial
Framedragger: yeah i observed how dupe check works correctly in
phuctor, and in retrospect it really is important, right
mircea_popescu: asciilifeform part of the "import a sig" chain, see what
phuctor says.
a111: Logged on 2016-06-20 13:06 mircea_popescu: asciilifeform you know,
phuctor's becoming quite the tool in scoping out new sigs.
Framedragger: (dunno how bulk import on
phuctor is done but hopefully it's something pretty close to `for f in *; do ./import_this_openpgp $f; done`) :)
mircea_popescu: asciilifeform you know,
phuctor's becoming quite the tool in scoping out new sigs.
☟︎ Framedragger: asciilifeform: yeah so i'll prolly end up dumping 10M ssh keys on
phuctor's ass, via its web interface. i wonder if
phuctor can handle parallel requests, to a point :P i won't be an asshole about it.
☟︎ fromphuctor: Or do I have to make up dummy names and email addresses? How does that affect
phuctor?
fromphuctor: I have a bunch of RSA moduli I'd like to test. The
phuctor entry page says it requires GPG public keys. How do I format them as GPG keys?
Framedragger: asciilifeform: btw would
phuctor (as it currently works) be able to import an otherwise normal openpgp / rfc4880 key either (1) no self-sig or (2) a somehow borked (nulled? haven't looked at rfc4880 data structures yet) self-sig? as i see it lotsa info is actually contained *within* the signed part, in that format..
Framedragger: jurov: but probably nvm actually 'cause your tool i expect does not generate things like self-sigs out of nowhere, etc. (need by current instance of
phuctor). would still like to take a look if it's around tho!
mircea_popescu:
phuctor gotta move to tmsr format not teh other way round. give the guy a moment,
Framedragger: asciilifeform: do you think it's a sensible idea to try and convert ssh public keys into rfc4880, and then submit them to
phuctor (possibly in bulk)? or is that something i should leave to you?
