Also, emacs is an editor, so you can fix CLIM issues while it is frozen, which one could not with a "x11 window".

gabriel_laddel_p: trinque: I wrote most of the code, got a machine to host it, and.... a bunch of nonsense has prevented me from getting to sf and setting it up.
gabriel_laddel_p: I know nothing about hardware. All I've got is a list of log lines where you talk about hardware that sucks less, and each and every time I record it.
gabriel_laddel_p: Anyways, that's the sort of stuff I'm on the lookout for when I say "incrementally swap out the underlying hardware".
