smickles: ya know, that btcjam should really be setup where borrowers say what the highest rate they are willing to pay is, and lenders enter bids for the rate, that way, if a listing fills, new lenders can knock out older lenders by bidding the rate down befor the listing closes
smickles: or borrowers have no input on the rate, lenders bid rates, and at the end, the borrower has the choice to take it or not
