BingoBoingo: !Qlater tell mp_en_viaje Someone wandered into #pizarro from the wilds and expressed an interest in the last RockChip. Let me know how interested you are in setting up a trilema.org box if you get a chance to terminal before hitting the road again
lobbesbot: BingoBoingo: The operation succeeded.
asciilifeform: mp_en_viaje et al : lulzily, if there existed a cycle-accurate emulator of ~pc~ , accurate profiling would be trivial -- simply allocate a word for each instr., and increment that word when the instr executes
asciilifeform: mp_en_viaje et al : thinking re 'bigpicture' -- i suspect that my approach was ill-conceived from beginning. instead of a mips-iii, if doing such thing -- oughta have implemented a radically simplified item with dozen or so instructions; for which could then bake 'fittable in head' bellardistic dynamic emu. and then retarget gcc to it. ☟︎
asciilifeform: then would actually add up to something usable.
asciilifeform: prolly would've added up to less sweat, too.
asciilifeform: mips, for all its schoolbook popularity, has whole buncha non-orthogonal instrs (e.g. movz/movn, beq/bne, etc. pairs, where only diff is negation; all the signed/unsigned pairs, wtf, if you want signed arithm, let compiler do the fucking sign extension ; and all the unaligned byte-addressing ops, fuck'em, let'em address on whole words like bolix, and suck it up, and bonus , lose 'endianism')
BingoBoingo: Meanwhile in the dominant local noise of the moment: "Joven de origen judío aparece junto a Guido Manini con una inscripción neonazi" http://archive.is/bUb4V
BingoBoingo: What Google via archive.is returns for the "Nazi" string "HKN KRZ" https://archive.is/Inbd3
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, give it to them, i can wait np

mp_en_viaje: why the FUCK would anyone bother to ~schedule~ a voice channel for fuck's sake, i take month+ before even bothering to ~consider~ it with dedicated whores about to move in, what the fuck.
mp_en_viaje: http://btcbase.org/log/2019-07-26#1924853 << i think you're right ; don't feel too bad tho, approach was ~retrospectively~ ill conceived ; prospectively it was necessary. but yes, now we know, and because we know, therefore we hafta fix what dun work ☝︎

mp_en_viaje: it seems altogether likely bellard / gcc will have to be subverted rather than straight cut off. ☟︎
BingoBoingo: RE; voice channels, I'm going to have to blog something about the brain damage fucking bus routes inflict in people.
mp_en_viaje: hahaha you think these people are just trying to scam others into chatting with them while they bus ?

mp_en_viaje: insanity.
asciilifeform: it's 2-3 notches of circle of hell farther from ~physically going~ to salt mines, but still ugh
mp_en_viaje: imo this can stand by itself as death certificate for the pantsuit fantasy. IF any kind of work efficiency were contemplated, this'dbe ablated. but it stays, because the question's not productivity, the question's maintaining the fantasy, whereby both workers and China believe the ongoing shenanigans in the "work place" are "work", ie, activity towards some productive end
mp_en_viaje: rather than acting, ie, activity towards some representative end. like on daytime tv.
asciilifeform: religious ritual.
mp_en_viaje: asciilifeform, you and all the girlies i rescued from a "career" in the shiothole. but at least THEY ARE WOMENZ!!! they're supposed to yak at each other all day long.
asciilifeform: most of the 2h is 'wait 2h to speak 5 words'. not even 'yak all day'
asciilifeform: moar idiotic than mp_en_viaje could picture in bad dream.
mp_en_viaje: so if we did an hour of logs in "prevailing business practices" "workplace standard", it'd be what, three weeks ?
asciilifeform: i'd even say that mp_en_viaje has ~optimistic~ 'upbeat' pov re ameri-korp 'culture'. reality even darker hole.
asciilifeform: mp_en_viaje: year.
mp_en_viaje: then people wonder how come republic has comparable gdp to fiat "nation".
mp_en_viaje: it's easy when every person lives a whole man-year each day.

mp_en_viaje: well, kinda what they did, you know ? "get a degree on the basis of your pre-existing knowledge/'''life experience'''" slightly pivoted on "and then call a career your pre-existing life path".
mp_en_viaje: technically speaking, all rocks have trajectories. they just don't move on them.
asciilifeform: actual degree / coupla added 0s on pay -- also dun change anyffin. in practice.
asciilifeform: the mechanics , imho, well-documented.
BingoBoingo: <mp_en_viaje> hahaha you think these people are just trying to scam others into chatting with them while they bus ? << No, buses kill spatial reasoning and navigation ability
mp_en_viaje: the girls chuckle remembering all my rants about busses throughout latam. "fucking plebs SHOULD BE WALKING" etc.
BingoBoingo: 25 minutes on foot, versus 45+ on "omní"
mp_en_viaje: i'd seriously have mandatory 4 hours of walking each day for orcs. 6 if female.
mp_en_viaje: and 2/3 of it uphill.
BingoBoingo: Girl's looking at a laser clinc. Clear, on laser day is a walk ther taxi back occasion.
mp_en_viaje: amusingly, this is EXACTLY how it worked, back when the spanish first came. then the ustards had to fuck everything up, with "progress"
BingoBoingo: But no... "omníbus"
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, wait, shouldn't look at lasers! CAN BLIND
asciilifeform feels in too shape when gets to walk 4+h. but only on sunday, can..
asciilifeform: *top
mp_en_viaje: aha.
mp_en_viaje: but what distinguishes orc from man is that orc needs ruleset to tell him to do what should be fucking doing in first place.
mp_en_viaje: almost exactly the textbook definition of moron.
BingoBoingo: mp_en_viaje: Lasers para peal el piel
mp_en_viaje: why, are you making her a redhead ?
BingoBoingo: Nah, out of her own pocket she thinks her brown cheeks tiene manchas
mp_en_viaje: i grant, para pear la piel not same ring to it.
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, i hear semen cures it, just gotta put it on in the morning and wash it off in the evening.
asciilifeform bbl, sleep then moar sisyphing
BingoBoingo: Which means she's going to ask la cuesta and decide no. Then I'm going to ask la cuesta por kilo por tata.
mp_en_viaje: wait, boobs also have manchas ?
BingoBoingo: mp_en_viaje: Mine seems to bring hers out
BingoBoingo: Nah, but medicina aethetica does or refers to those who do
mp_en_viaje: well in that case... i guess you're not semenright for each other...
BingoBoingo: Quiza
BingoBoingo: But the soup
mp_en_viaje: so you're soupright but not facialright ? this sounds like an alt-right type of problem!
mp_en_viaje: anyways, latino breast implanting inexpensive, because insanely popular.
mp_en_viaje: in columbia, little girls get it as quincenera present ; and it's typically cheaper than the sorta car they'd want, 3-4k or so.
BingoBoingo: which is why I gotta ask what they charge
BingoBoingo: VW fusca is 2k-3k here
BingoBoingo: But yes, alt-right problems
BingoBoingo: or alt-alt
BingoBoingo: Ass implant also popular, but apparently gotta vet the doctors more for that because too many of them done on Python and Java
BingoBoingo: Anyways, unit to bill new tits has to be per kilogram
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, yeah, but the sorta girly who gets a quincenera with gifts and all that ain't taking a shitty vw fusca
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, ass implant terrible fucking idea. let her stairmaster until dead.
mp_en_viaje: you can't grow titmuscles ; but ass is all muscle, and implants fuck up the mechanics thereof. i'd rather get a "brain implant" to have my head appear bigger and therefore impress you all than permit ass implanting in the harem.
BingoBoingo: This is a point I'm fighting along with bus routing
diana_coman: onth lactation *does* make breasts larger so there's a way to grow them too!
BingoBoingo: Well, she complaints about her knees because short nurse. "Work your asschain" Does 20 squats, I do 50... Mis rodillas...
mp_en_viaje: diana_coman, lactation makes breasts swell up 10-15% while ongoing, and then shrivel by as much as half once done.
diana_coman: sure, never done, obv; but no, I haven't seen the shrivel really
mp_en_viaje: perma-lactating female is a great way to have to put her down by the time she's 50. like in cows.
diana_coman: well, big tits ~= "like in cows" what
mp_en_viaje: ah, the eternal problem of engineering, "like X in X.a but not X.b please"
mp_en_viaje: how did alf put it, "splitting".
diana_coman: exactly
mp_en_viaje: BingoBoingo, there's machines to work ass without knee!
BingoBoingo: <mp_en_viaje> perma-lactating female is a great way to have to put her down by the time she's 50. like in cows. << Risperidone!
mp_en_viaje: where's that joke btw, about how in soviet union 90yos get together to remove 70 yos for being too old
BingoBoingo: Anyways, gotta convince her that animals are best food
BingoBoingo: But yes, when she asked "donde está esta clinica de lasers" and proceeded to favor hour plus bidirectional bus routes, the box was opened.
BingoBoingo: "Oh you care more about losing your ass than your natural face accents" /me buscas ellipticales
