a quicker response (and really the pain here is for any other customer of bitvps),
a $20 vps is not expected to handle any kind of dos in

a point here. in fairness we didnt really know how hot things will get early on. in retrospect it can be said that "well duh, obviously if it can take out mpex's main it will wipe
a vps somewhere". but at the time i was busy and i guess nobody else realised it.
