KRS-: a degree at the very least shows that someone can stick to something and complete it..for that, comes some value. as a hiring manager i'd rather see a degree.

the20year: I hate hourly pay, so what I typically offer is contract pricing, pay-for-performace models, so as they get better ,their wages automatically increase, and then if they don't work well they'll quit on their own without dragging down the company too much
the20year: Personally, i try and develop a plan of finding people who can be motivated, either by time or money, then provide a roadmap so they can see how they will gain good income for working with me over a set period of time
