That part is ~90% plant genetics, and
there isn't a Monsanto sorta monopoly on
that. Largely for reasons of
the folks doing seed development having been more or less effective dissidents. I suspect much of
the percieved selectivity of
the consumers is applied marketing.

the 'postel's law' nonsense, of silently forgiving people who send liquishit at

the minigame.bz -> minigame.biz

The operation succeeded.
diana_coman: asciilifeform: myeah, not new; just finally realising
that it's ~all, not "some" (as naive mind might
think when encountering bins in sources for 1st, 2nd , 10th

diana_coman: nice, spyked ; by now it seems
to me
that
the "source code only" is ~always + binaries, when one actually looks at it.

they should arrive in

that. okay, so btcalpha, anco.is, esthlos.com can all come off.

mircea_popescu: whole

bvt: asciilifeform: re SO_REUSEADDR - i don't see how it is applicable: as i understand errno 106=EISCONN
the kernel believes
that
the socket is still connected (perhaps socket.timeout case in send()?); so if you proceed
to connect without closing it, you'd get double connect on
the same socket; and SO_REUSEADDR does not protect against
this:
