mircea_popescu: so basically they have this construct where the havelock fund owns shares and then the participants on havelock own shares in the fund thus eschewing shareholder reporting
ColdHardMetal: Maybe, but speed counts sometimes. I don't really use them often, every 2-3 months. I can use them without having to submit any dox to anyone whcih keeps things simple.

ColdHardMetal: I don't think it's defensible at all. However in my case it's easier than having to go through multiple wires and currency conversions to get funds where I need them, so I just suck it up and pay.
