the20year1: There are plenty of great areas of Ohio , the area I'm located in is fantastic in my opinion. Very low crime rate overall, property prices are low - I can buy 6,000 finished square feet for under $200k

the20year1: But columbus is pretty nice, even the really bad areas (Linden, hilltop, southgate) aren't bad compared to the bad spots of somewhere like Cleveland
