the20year2: I'm not aware of any, however i'm talking about the landry list of stocks out there that have.

Issuing interest bearing bonds are one of those things that many businesses do when they don't/can't apply for bank financing.

mooninite: so it's a level playing field, and if you want to farm and go out of your way to get the rarest items, you can -- but they will not immediately make you stronger than everyone else, it's just for looks
mooninite: there are ascended and legendary items that would be the sort of 'epic' rarity loots but their stats are barely higher than the regular items, only they look nicer and have particle effects
mooninite: at max level, everyone's gear stats hit the same ceiling. There's no quest for bigger and better loots. Some people dislike this fact, but I find it nice to be able to quit playing for a few weeks, come back and not feel like everyone else progressed beyond me
