fluffypony: benkay: they may move things around during the month for operational purposes (change addresses in a wallet etc.), so moving it into one address is a very quick operation
mikaeldice: I was thinking more of an open ledger which automatically updates with expenditures from preset addresses. The user adds a justification, maybe associates an expense account to it

mikaeldice: I'd like to see bitcoin companies start using a more transparent accounting system that's more detailed than the blockchain. It wouldn't really cut down on fraud, but it might make the incompetent more noticeable and accountable.
