ThickAsTh: Posting a portion of the tranches on the passthroughs might also go a long way to keep people quiet. (Could also make things worse too I guess. Havelock price didn't fluctuate much during all this, oddly)

evoorhees: the plan, for now, is to get SD some good legal advice on how to proceed in the safest way possible. It is getting lots of press and free advertising, and I don't want to push it further before having all the ducks in a row
