burnside: so while I love the feature, and would love to implement it, you kind of get a feel for the things I have to take into account.
burnside: The exchange fees for the asset issuers is a vector I hadn't considered. I'll definitely think about it.

burnside: I don't. I think just like GLBSE, it's going to end up being a fatal flaw in some of the other exchanges.
burnside: yeah, I'm not going to be a judge at a podium determining who passes and fails. I don't think I have the necessary skills to be fair about it.
burnside: I'm going to implement something that will show the public each mods vote history as well. it'll still be anon, but if patterns don't match up, then some abuse will get caught

burnside: The escrow side of things I've thought a lot about. The problem is that if the goal is for them to raise funds, well then escrow completely negates the benefit of raising funds.
burnside: I was thinking about having a requirement that you actually have been in business for at least 6 months before listing
