Tritonio: Namworld, that's my understanding too. The shared already existed in this case and were held by the issuer/operator and he sold more of them in the second pass. I suppose this also means that the operator was getting
a bigger portion of the profits of the company before the second pass.

Tritonio: To work with dillution I suppose you would have to issue more shares, which, depending on the contract, usually needs shareholders agreeing to that, right? Although I am not sure why would they agree to getting dilluted. Unless the expect the company's net worth to rise
a lot more (because of the revenue from the sale of the new shares) than the dilution.
