Namjies: I can say one thing. In notepad, I cannot see linebreaks for the correct file I obtained manually with gpg signing, but I can for the copy-paste from windows command line. In Notepad++, I can see linebreaks for both.

Namjies: I had to manually sign, encrypt, submit to MPEx and then decrypt and then verify file for it to work
