mircea_popescu: Only a very limited portion of the Bitcoin Reserve will be available for buybacks. The Bitcoin Reserve's priority will be for balancing first, and then buybacks. I would rather have the fund's shares be traded on the open market, but I know that's not always possible. So, I hope a buyback policy will help in a very limited way with some investor's liquidity.
