Neil: Two spends on the same seed? What does that mean? If you can do the public->private step, then there's
a lot of money for the taking right now.
mircea_popescu: tbh i think it's convincing proof as it is. most agencies wouldn't sneer at
a few mn extra budget.
Neil: Got some more BTC for you if you can provide
a fix
Neil: Got
a dude to send me 0.1 BTC to tell him how to add the genesis coinbase to the tx hash so its spendable.

furuknap: Unlike
a lot of people, I don't have
a problem with PMBs. Sure, in difficulty rises it loses value, but so does owning mining equipment and you don't see people run arond screming "MINING IS
A SCAM!" for that reason.
furuknap: Sure, I got that. It can turn both ways, though. It will certainly bring more 'fairness' to PMBs but it can also kill
a lot of assets and make some investors extremely angry.
jurov: sry, just trolling
a bit. will be good to see which ones will have problem with it.
furuknap: Of course, PMBs are always
a numbers game, so it will just be exposing the numbers more easily.
furuknap: I'm thinking that the asset issuers won't be very happy since it turns their bonds into
a mere numbers game. Also the exchanges may not be that keen because it will put load on their servers directly (for transparency).
furuknap: I'm contemplating building
a page that shows what the 'best' PMBs are (rated by price/hash only). Right now, I'm fairly certain 100TH is way up there, followed by upgraded PAJKA and TAT.VM.
jurov: hahahahaha Roni woke me up at 4:30, he is hustlin fo' me as
a funky-ass bitcoin broker n' shiznit yo.
furuknap: It's only

jborkl: wait, USAGI knows
a trainwreck when he/she sees one?
thestringpuller: It could be, but if someone who is to be the next Miyamoto jumps on board it's
a done deal if that designer can have creative freedom. Then S.MG becomes the bitcoin nintendo
Chaaaang-Noi: <usagi> s.mg will be

Neil: Diagnostics that give alternatives are
a sign of extreme laziness and totally suck. For example: "Note: Trade completed and/or posted!"
Neil: What I'm not clear on is given difficulty increases, how much of hash power is GPU miners, and what their dropout rate will be. That'll be

Neil: Sell
a bit higher than you expect?
Neil: I saw there's
a listing charge of 5BTC?
Neil: No, just keep track myself in
a spreadsheet, and add
a little human knowledge. Nothing complex at all. If I were better at stats I'd do something statistical, but I doubt it gives much advantage.
Neil: Current (instantaneous) mining power is about 21m difficulty, perhaps
a tad more. But because of the drag from the last few days, plus the reverse-drag over the next few days, I reckon it about evens out.
Neil: gribble's
a bit dense
furuknap: Yeah, there was someone suggesting that Paypal would force them to give back money when the 1 year since order had passed (which is just about now). It was just
a rumor, though, but I connected my misreading with that rumor.
furuknap: I read BFL from earlier and then forcibly liquidated. For

parseval: Eh, I need
a better front page for coinflow.co That's in foundation, but just one of the basic templates
Diablo-D3: at least with foundation it looks
a little bit better
inhies: at least for what im doing, its
a private project
parseval: I'm toying around with bootstrap and it works really nice, but the only thing is that it can produce
a lot of similar looking sites if you don't customize it properly
