fluffypony: mircea_popescu: yeah, but I think the legal framework in the EU in general is more mature...ZA law is Dutch-Roman with some British influence, but there's lots of stuff that has only come about more recently (eg. modern regulation of securities only happened with the Securities Services Act of 2004)
