Dear NFS Co, 

I am posting this to the forum because apparently human-powered support now requires a $5/mo + $30 up-front subscription, and I see no reason to buy this subscription simply to say this: 

I have been a satisfied customer of your service since 2007, and spent thousands, and recommended the -- excellent, until today -- service to others. However, it looks like I will eventually have to move my site to another hoster, because of the compulsory and unannounced (perhaps announced on your site, but I only go there at all if something breaks catastrophically, there was no warning via email) PHP upgrades. 

I have no intention of rewriting my code to use the newer PHP versions, or to "upgrade" to stock "modern" WP that is full of exploitable bugs. My 2007 hand-trimmed WP has never experienced any issues. Until you forcibly upgraded PHP. 

When version 5.6 is removed, I will have to pack up and leave. By imposing these changes, you will have lost a customer of 12 years. And probably not only one.
